Connect QuickBooks to Algorive Ops
Connect a QuickBooks Online company so Algorive can keep its books, handle invoicing and payments, and prepare its reports.
01How to connect
- Sign in to Algorive Ops at admin.algorive.com with the account Algorive set up for you.
- Choose Connect to QuickBooks. You’ll be sent to Intuit’s secure sign-in page. Algorive never sees your Intuit password.
- Select your company and review the permissions, then choose Connect. You need to be an administrator of the QuickBooks Online company to authorize the connection.
- Return to Algorive Ops. Intuit sends you back to Algorive Ops once the connection is complete.
To reconnect a company that was disconnected, or if your authorization has expired, follow the same steps. Need help? Email info@algorive.com or call (818) 714-0776.
02What Algorive Ops can access

Algorive uses this access only for your company’s own bookkeeping, invoicing, payments and reporting. We do not sell your data. Access tokens are stored encrypted. Details are in our Privacy Policy, and use of Algorive Ops is covered by our End User License Agreement.
03How to disconnect
You can disconnect at any time from the apps area of QuickBooks Online, or by asking us at info@algorive.com. When you disconnect, Algorive Ops stops accessing your QuickBooks data and the connection tokens are deleted. Data already in QuickBooks Online stays there.
